It is not low in calories but you don't use much, so happy days.

Packed Dark Brown Sugar 64g
Orange Juice            4   TBL
Worcestershire Sauce    5   TSP
Liquid Smoke            0.5 TSP
Dry Mustard Powder      1   TSP
Cayenne Pepper          0.5 TSP

Combine and enjoy
